Job Summary:

The successful Marketing Administrative Assistant will be responsible for designing and creating social media campaigns, flyers, and other promotional items. In addition, the Marketing Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing general office support with a variety of clerical activities and related tasks, including answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.


Principal Responsibilities:

  • Creation and updating of business social media accounts, working closely with Compliance Team
  • Preparation and printing of flyers, as well as other mailings to database contacts
  • Creation and delivery of marketing materials
  • Communication with referral partners
  • Managing and updating of marketing database, as needed
  • Plan client and referral partner events
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned



  • Ability to build rapport with new and existing clients
  • Excellent telephone, social and communication skills
  • Familiarity with graphic design concepts and software
  • Team oriented
  • Effectively prioritize tasks and deadlines
  • Demonstrated abilities in the areas of multi-tasking, problem solving, and analysis
  • Ability to learn and utilize various in-house technical systems and programs to provide optimal support to the team


Education and Experience:

  • Marketing and administrative experience preferred
  • Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
